Postak URGENT: Massachusetts: Emergency Powers Legislation Heads To House Before the Legisla
S.1401, "An Act Prohibiting the Confiscation of Lawfully Owned Firearms During a State of Emergency", sponsored by State Senator Richard T. Moore (Worcester and Norfolk), passed out of the State Senate without a roll call yesterday, July 29, 2008. S.1401 will head to the House TODAY for consideration.
