Vermont: Lawmakers pushing restrictions
 

A group of Vermont lawmakers is pushing legislation that would ban large capacity ammunition feeding devices on guns and would require background checks for people buying weapons at gun shows.

Here we go again,,, writing my Reps.,,, been doing that allot lately,,,

seems it's working here though,, I'd better keep it up.

Common sense, non-confrontational y worded comments in letters, with facts seem to work well with them. Most around here are quite liberal, but many are smart folks too, so they do understand both sides pretty well. For the most part our legislators around here listen to the people pretty well,, just have to show them numbers supporting a particular side.

I guess I got to keep busy, like the rest in this state that care about our gun rights.

Wish us luck,, Vt seems to be the leader in repelling ,,gun grabber laws,, so far. Going to be a tough row to hoe this time around ,,I think.
