Tonight, the Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors will consider removing the fingerprinting stage of requirements to obtain a Right-to-Carry permit. This will help ensure an easier path for law-abiding citizens to acquire a permit to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense.

Although it was presented as more of an economic issue than a Gun Rights issue.
These fingerprints have YET to stop or identify a felon from obtaining a CCW permit if I have my facts straight?
