Yesterday, the Snohomish County Council decided to uphold a 1970âs-era prohibition on firearms in county parks. Councilmember John Koster introduced a proposal that would have overturned the countyâs ban and brought Snohomish County into compliance with state law but it failed due to a procedural motion.
