West Virginia: NRA bags wins in legislative session

On every bill it had its gunsights trained in on this legislative session, the National Rifle Association never misfired. On the desk of Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin is a trio of NRA supported legislation, two of them dealing directly with firearms, and the third one aimed at creating an apprentice hunting program so that novice hunters can learn the sport by temporarily passing up the mandatory safety courses.
