Wisconsin gun advocates make case for Right-to-Carry

The time has finally come to let Wisconsin citizens to carry concealed weapons, gun advocates told state lawmakers Thursday.Wisconsin and Illinois are the only states that prohibit concealed weapons. Republican legislators have been trying for a more than a decade to lift the restrictions, but former Democratic Gov. Jim Doyle twice vetoed bills that would have permitted the practice.
