Wisconsin: Rep. Kaufert says self-defense law for homeowners is justified
 

Wisconsin residents now have legal protections if they use force against a person breaking into their home, vehicle or workplace, but despite fierce criticism by lawyers, judges and academics, state Rep. Dean Kaufert, one of the bill's authors, says the law is sorely needed.
