Wisconsin: Right-to-Carry law subject of public hearings
 

The proposed permanent rules governing concealed carry in Wisconsin will be the topic at three public hearings set by the Department of Justice this month.The hearings were announced in a news release Monday by Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen.
