Worker Protection Bill Facing Critical Challenge in the North Dakota House

Large corporations and special interests are working overtime to defeat legislation that would allow North Dakota gun owners to store their firearms in personal, locked vehicles without fear of being fired. Despite hearing testimony from North Dakota residents about businesses with anti-gun policies, the House Judiciary Committee voted for a âdo not passâ recommendation on House Bill 1438. While the vote does not kill the bill, it puts this legislation in serious jeopardy.
