The magwell is done and in production. You will need to slightly modify the mag for use with the straight insert style magwell and it will become propriatory for that application. Several US made S12 mags can be used once modded so you don't have to buy the expensive Russian magwell and mags to get this style set up any longer.

the magwell is awesome. The magazine modifications are not difficult. I also recommend installing the last round automatic bolt hold open if you go this route. There is a polymer magwell on gb from time to time for approx $129.

There was one available but it worked like krap.

Go to the Saiga-12 forum and do a search for "LRBHO"

If you get your bolt carrier and bolt worked on, you won't need it because with the work done you can always feed a loaded mag in the gun with the bolt closed. Right now if you do that on a stock gun the bolt carrier will crush the top shell in the mag when inserted with the bolt closed.

A lot of people used to make them, still might. Look up a guide to make one, it seems like it'd be relatively easy.

I know this info should be on Saiga12.com, but do you know what is done?
I don't feel like looking for the info right now
