saiga 12, BHO and retaining plate..

Search didnt reveal anything so I will ask all of you.

I have a saiga 12 I have converted and I bought a power customs fire control group retaining plate. The plate just seems to high at the selector hole.

This will NOT go back together. I should have gotten a wire retainer....

any suggestions from those who have made it work?

Is it like a regular AK retainer plater?
I remember seeing something about modding one to fit the S12, if I find it I'll post it.

It is like the ak plate. The top edge above the selector has to be trimmed to clear the carrier but that is not what is killing me...

I bet the notch in the BHO is what is needed to get the selector in...

I remember seeing a few posts about people having trouble with the retainer plate but that was the first one that had a good bit of info in it.
