Default .308 - 26" barrel

Shown with an 8x42 POSP, now has a 1p21 on it. Never have shot it, haven't taken the time to headspace it.

If anyone knows who built the gas block, fluted the barrel etc, I'd sure appreciate any leads/info. Purchased the frontend on Gunbroker in '07(?) from a seller in Connecticut, anyone recognize it?

Interesting. I've done some heavy Saiga barrels but that 1 is not mine..
I like the gas block somebody had some good machine skills that made it.

Sorry can't help with who made it

But man that is nice, thanks for posting the pics, gives me some ideas if I decide to modify mine.
Now a question. Is the rear sight block stock or is it modified to fit that barrel?

Sorry for the late response, didn't get an email note.

The rear sight block is stock. Handguard was modified slightly to fit the gas block, stock gas tube.

Nothing yet, suggestions welcome, probably just try polishing the contact surfaces on the trigger and hammer?
