what else would make making a can easier would be to buy a extruded tube about a 1/8 inch wall would be good

Do you have to have an SOT license to build your own can or can Joe Shmoe build one (after approval and tax stamp, of course)?

Filing a form one with your $200 is paying your tax to build one item as an individual. An SOT is a special occupational taxpayer, who just pays a flat rate tax and avoids individual tax stamps for each weapon transferred/manufactured. |

AAC in 7.62. Seems to work well when on either a 5.45 or 5.56 krink as well.

How many rounds until it gets all plugged up? I hear about "dirty" ammo a lot, it seems like it'd be bad for a non-disassemble-able suppressor.

30 minutes in the ultrasonic cleaning tank cleans the carbon right out. Flows out of there like ink.
