Let me start by saying Hello to everyone. I am new here and this is my first post.
With that said; I have never filled out Form 1 to create a SBR. I was wondering if anyone could send me a sample copy of a form filled out so I will know what parts and information to fill out so I can Chop/cut and thread my barrel. Of if someone could point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.
