Post M-60 Machine Gun.

Back before I went broke with these AKs I looked at a beautiful M-60 for sale at a gun show in South Fla. around 1993 I think was when I was there.
The seller wanted $9,500 for the weapon.
I don't follow sale of legal full autos now, but I wonder what that weapon would sell for at today's prices?

I just saw an ad in the 3/08 issue of gundigest for a Maremount M60 NIB Unfired for $46,995. The same ad has a Colt M16A2 NIB for $20,995. Damn,I think we missed the train in the pre-Clinton days.

An original GI transferable M-60 is gonna be worth more than a later clone made for the civillian market or a reweld. Here's a few for sale, I think you should have bought the FL one:

Post Oh My God.

I was afraid that was the prices I was going to see.
Got to fire the 60 a few times while in the service.
Talked with the dealer selling it and it was the read deal. Not a reweld.
If I only had a time machine.

Pretty sad when gun investments can beat out the stock market.

I passed on one for 3500 at the same time my buddy was buying an C&R MG42 for the same price. Both were on consignment from the Phoenix PD who had seized three transferables from someone.
