Old post. But if you come back too it I just sent my trust paper work to an attorney.
ProjectGuns hooked me up with him out of Ft. Lauderdale Florida.
Kinda straight forward and easy, but needs too be done correctly.
The paper work I received needed to be signed by two witnesses.
Then notarized. The notary can not be one of the witnesses.
Living out in the swamps of nowhere. My first problem was finding a notary.
Then finding two sober people, who actually had a damn active drivers license.
