Our Stainless Steel can is $675.00 . Shortening , threading and refinish with GunKote , I charged $250.00 .

Sweet! I wonder how it would handle 220 grain subsonic?

I don't know where you'ld get them , but I've shot plenty of the .308 and x39 subsonic's through our can's , like shooting a suppressed 9mm . with a real good suppressor lol . You mostly get the hear the bullet impact and the action cycle .

You'd have to make them. 180 grain might work as well.
I roll my own 7.62x54r 125's with reduced loading for plinking and pest control (close up coyotes and badgers, the like) and it works well, at least in my Mosins. It wouldn't be all that bad to use light bullets and turn that PSL into a lightweight subsonic straight-pull bolt action.
Again, what a sweet rifle/can combo!

try you a 220 gr , that's what Engles uses . They work really great , cycle the action . And Thanks
