The VZ58-V is intended for issue to Airborne and Armored Units and features a metallic folding stock with a positive locking mechanism.

It is complete with the original chrome lined 15.5 inch long barrel, minus the milled receiver (no receiver pieces are included).
The part set is completely disassembled, includes all the parts as pictured.
The handguards and pistol grip are synthetic.
The parts have the factory grey finish.

For you builders that haven't had a VZ before,,,,get one !!!! Far superior to an AK platform any day. At least IMO they are. I just might get a kit just for parts.
I wish Richard still offered the complete armorers box's, I'd get one in a heart beat!! Depending on prices of course. They used to be reasonable,, but I doubt they are now.

I have an old friend/manufacturer who owns full auto "post sample" AK's and one "post sample" VZ58 select fire machine gun.
His experience is that the VZ-58 is far more controllable in full-auto fire.
It makes sense when you look at the parts of the two guns.
The VZ58 does not have all that moving mass of the bolt carrier that the AK design uses.
The aluminum magazines and synthetic stocks make the VZ a light & handy rifle.
