Copes is a Quality Vendor by any measure. I think I had one issue with them, oh...I remember! I ordered 10 Medium Alice Packs, and got 8 Medium and 2 Large. I sent them an e-mail, and they responded with "Sorry! We will get this corrected". 4 days later, 4 Medium Alice packs in BRAND NEW condition show up!
I called to say "I think you made a mistake, I need an RMA number to send back the 2 Large Alice Packs, and the 2 extra Medium ones".
I got a response two days later saying "Keep 'em! Sorry we made a mistake".
Just take a guess who gets my orders now, without regard to the price? Go ahead, guess!
