Build question

I have a Polish kit I would like built, preferably into a shorty 16". Is there any reliability issues with the 16" builds? Do you re-thread the barrels or are you permanently attaching the flash hider to make length? If it could be threaded 5/8x24 it would be even better. How much to have one built? I wouldn't need it parked or painted I would do that. How do I get mine in line for the next build?

I do custom bbl work, if the bbl is 16" the muzzle device does not need to be permanently attached. I have a 5/8" x 24 die so that is not a problem.

this is a 16" custom PSL I built for me.

As far as pricing I would need to know exactly what you want. right now I am not taking any new work till I clear the 4 month or so backlog currently in the shop.
