Default Planning to do a RPD reweld in the future...

Pirate,

will your FCG work in a reweld receiver?

Also are there any issues with doing a reweld that need to be considered?

For instance any kind of FA blocks that need to be in place or channels welded up... stuff like that? Maybe there is a tutorial somewhere that I can't find.
thx
Pat

there is no approved conversion for an rpd reweld, you would need to modify the rail slots ans well as modify the lower section of the receiver so an unmodified lower will not fit.

my fcg parts will work but the striker won't as the rails slots are wider.
