RPD cycling issue -SOLVED. But now having trigger issue
 

Got the cycling issue solved. I was using bad ammo! Lesson learned - don't use your buddy's old Wolf ammo that (he told me after the fact) got damp in storage. Do'H!!!

I fired about 100 rounds today with my own ammo and she cycled without an issue. Whew!


I did have one problem that I'd like to solve. Once in a while, when I pull the trigger, the hammer doesn't drop. It's intermittent but quite annoying when I have to pull the trigger two or three times to get the hammer to drop. Are there any known issues that can cause this issue?
