Looks like fun, I wonder if a an inner-tube fitted with a chair would make a more stable platform to whack them with instead of water skies. If you could get Fish & Game to go along, a shotgun fishing expedition would be - BAD TO The Bone. It would have to be in an unpopulated area with no PETA types around.

I agree with Frogman, have a couple people sit on the back of the boat with a couple Saiga12 & MDArms 20 round drums, carp trap shooting.
