Looks great. I just finished a quick video on fieldstripping the RPD for those that have never had a beltfed before.

agriebel, thanks for the video. Is the finish on yours from Project Guns? The receiver looks like its a lighter color. Not being critical at all - just curious.

Yes, it is Stan's finish. There is a slight difference in the sheen between the receiver and the parts kit, not objectionable at all. If you look at post 226 you can see a close up of the topcover and the receiver.

Just watched your video, nicely done.
One thing I can suggest that makes it easier, before you take off the lower pull the trigger and let the striker go forward, this takes most of the spring pressure off the striker spring.
