Hey, Col. Krink; Is this the more solid type mount that is better than the original Romanian side mount? I think I have seen this mount listed just one time only on gunbrokers.

That looks like a military quality mount, I'd think it would be a very solid one at that.
Is it better then the Romanian side mount? My opinion would be yes, and some of the aftermarket Beryl mounts are also good, but everyone has their own opinions on everything.

I like the looks of it and if it mounts on the rear tang, wouldn't that take the receiver flex out of rhe equation?

the reciver would still flex as will pressures put on the stock possably affect it. however if mounted very solds it might reinforce the reciver some in the process. I sure like to have it. notice the ecentric cam to adjust it. Id also like to have the cool selecter setup on gun with the multipule levers. it just gave me a few ideas.

Think looks cool as hell, but heavy.

Thinking it is more solid than the side mount. It mounts to the rear trunnion so flexing will not be an issue.
