First let me introduce myself. I live in Corpus Christi, Texas, and I work all over the country and sometimes internationally. Made two one-month trips to Egypt last year to work on drilling rigs in the desert and the Red Sea. I'm an electronics tech.
I've had a MISR-90 for about a month now, and have fired nearly 2000 rounds through it. It shoots great and I've only had two malfunctions. Both of those were my own malfunctions because I failed to insert the magazine properly.
I've also discovered that it likes the Greek "Olympic Ammunition" with brass cases a lot better than it likes the Wolf and other steel cased ammo. I get much better groupings with the Olympic.
The MISR gave me a bad case of the AK bug.
I have two Romi kits, one from Tapco and one from Bocephus. One receiver on order from Global Trades. Gonna build one with the Olive Drab polymer folding stock kit, and haven't decided on furniture for the other yet. The folder is gonna be a "trunk gun". I'll probably build the "Bocephus" as gorgeous as possible with blonde wood furniture.
Now for the question.
How can I change the buttstock on this rifle?
I did a search and found that a user called "archer2" has done some mods to his to fit a standard buttstock. I PM'd this user, but his last post was quite a while ago.
This rifle has the slanted and closed receiver at the rear.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
