You can find Romy stock sets from $9.95 to $29.95, so I would'nt really worry about that. I think I/O has them for $9.95 and Apex has them for $29.95. Good luck.

Centerfire has Romanian stock sets (less the upper HG/gas tube wood) for $12.95 and they include the metal. For that price they have both the donkey dong lower HG and the standard lower HG.

WHY? Because it pretty much destroys the heat treating in the trunnion and induces brittleness and a tendency to crack.
