Didn't even know these existed until yesterday at the range. The owner raved about it, said it was a very well shooting rifle. Looks like the same in the pic - notice their glamour shot of their 7.62x39 rifle has the wrong mag Also the receiver etching on the one I held said XTREME MACHINING with a slightly different logo. More of a big X in a diamond than that AT-47 logo on their website's image gallery. Barrel was pinned in place, not screwed. Parts appear to be Polish although the owner said they were Bulgarian. I haven't seen Bulgarian stamped AK-47 stocks to know for certain.
Of interested is that the owner said it had a trigger set built BY THEM - not a G2 set. Felt just like any factory AK trigger set which I suppose is not a bad thing. Didn't know there was another AK trigger set out there!

Cons -
The build was completely bolted together which I thought was odd for such a nicely-built receiver; you'd think they would have wanted to go all out for an authentic rivet job. IMOO the screws are very obvious on such a nice receiver.
The receiver sides are smooth; no lightening cuts so it is slightly heavier although you don't really notice it. Which may be a problem if you want an authentic look.
I'm interested to see what others have heard/experienced about these rifles.

The Kalashnikov AK-47 gas-operated rifle is one of the classic designs of the 20th century. Even today, more than 50 years after is was introduced, it is still one of the most popular—and widely distributed--military rifles in the world.
Our version of the rifle is made using hand-selected parts kits imported from Russia, which are then matched with our own precision-machined lower receiver.
Nice looking weapon. But I had too take my blood pressure meds and stop reading when I read that.
