Post1911 1911 cocobolo grips from CDNN.

i ordered some nice double diamond colt logo grips from CDNN the other day along with some stainless hex screws and a very cheap $10 target style trigger.

the grips are--beautiful ! way better than i expected for $25! fit perfect too.

the cheap stainless screws look good and fit perfect.

the $10 adjustable trigger also fir perfectly and is well made. took the slack out and feels perfection--

now i know that CDNN now days sells J-mason 1911 parts these days.

i must have got "lucky" cause the only JM marked part i got was the screws and they fit fine--the only thing not USA was the grips--

if your building a 1911 keep a eye on CDNN they have some good deals there at times. if the PN is JM it is a mason made part.

CDNN does get some good deals from time to time. Buy enough to make it worth the $9.99 shipping. Be sure that you really want what you buy as they don't take returns IIRC.

i ain't got a decent digital camera -- don't plan on buying one anytime soon either--

CDNN gives discounted shipping on the weekends, usually around $4.99-$6.99

midway sells the same grips for $36

i may order the same stuff again when i get my frame in.

free shipping over $49.99 this weekend. ain't hard to get there with the other 1911 parts like triggers and hammers and a couple mags--LOL

you know i read on the rumor-net that CDNNs grips are a laminate but when i look at mine their grain goes all the way through.

i am thinking about getting another pair along with that excellent S&W trigger they got for $10 for my RIA frame build.
