Yep, I bought a 9.00 pack of rivets from Curtis and within 4 minutes I had 4 different e-mails reciept, order conf. shipping label etc. I had my order in 2 days. Curtis is customer service. Thanks Curtis. However he never mentioned once in all those e-mails about his secretaries, now that is selfish.
