The only problem I've ever had is that one time, I ordered some stuff Saturday evening, and by Monday morning, I remembered that I'd forgotten something. I called first thing - only to find that my order had already been processed and I couldn't add the item. Then the nice woman put it on order and dropped the small-order fee.
In short, never a problem, just outstanding service.

Excellent service and product every time I've used them. When they do their run of 7.62x54r Graf's brass (Prvi Partizan makes it) it's a bargain worth buying into.
