I left a PM for Akron Armory a few days ago and haven't heard back. Anyone seen Bob around the place?

SIMPLE ANSWER!
Each and every day I get between 200 and 300 PMs and emails from people asking "Which end of the bullet is POINTY?"
...or "Are your BRAND NEW KITS really BRAND NEW?"
It takes HOURS to find and reply to serious issues.
BOB-BE-QUE!
PS,..Thought about hiring someone to answer some of these emails,...BUT they would just ask me what the questions mean,..and HOW to answer them.
