Default Apex Gun Parts

i ordered a romanian front trunnion 1/19/12,

i have yet to receive a email confirming my order,

i've sent 2 emails to them,

1. "Did you receive my order?."

2*. "can i cancel that order because the order was pending(money on hold)"

my credit has'nt been charged yet but the purchase is pending.

I just made an order tonight from them...Got an immediate confirmation, and I have never had an issue in the past. That said, please keep us updated on the progress of this issue. Every vendor, no matter how good in the past has issues. It is what it is. The only real pressure that they respond to is a drop in sales. This is true no matter what you sell.

I am sorry that you have had issues with this vendor. I will update with my experience as it evolves. My past experience has been very good.

All of my dealings with Apex Gun Parts, either in person or over the internet have been very positive. Any problems with an order or parts of the order have been rectified with a phone call within a few days! Keep us informed as to your progress with the problem!

Ive dealt with them at knob creek as well as on the net, personally I've never had any problems with them

I had this problem before... The issue could be the same that happened to me. There is a radio button you can push that says you will send them a payment by check or money order. If you mistakenly check this your order will go into a pending state where they are waiting on your money order. Call them up and they will help you out.

I have had several orders from APEX. I have had internet/phone orders & never had a hint of a problem. Probably just a communication glitch. If it was me I would just call them. Problem fixed. They seem to be nice folks to do business with.

Yeah give them a call. I'm sure its a communication thing. I order tons of stuff from them never a prob.
