CFS is sneaky about the CC charges.
Copes has the same Yugo ammo, no CC usage fees.
you might call and compare.

cfs is somtimes a crap shoot
but they allways made good on there stuff at least for me
allways expect the worse for the price your paying
most of the time its better than you expect
andyes there cc charge and shipping charge is a little sneaky but try to add that in theprice yourself and it wont be a shock
for the most part there a good source of surplus-and just that -surplus unless otherwise stated
ill keep using them -havent done me wrong yet
Keep the change-I just want my Country back!!!
"CFS is sneaky about the CC charges."
I agree. I ordered from them a few days ago and asked for the total. When I got off the phone I realized the numbers didn't add up. That's when I found they charged +3% CC.
I almost called back to cancel the order but didn't because they do publish their 3% policy, you just have to hunt to find it.
I like their $15 flat rate shipping charge on ammo (regardless of how much you order). I was ordering a couple thousand rounds, so $15 shipping cost was a good deal.
I think the right thing is for Center Fire Systems to tell you up front about the 3% charge at the time you are placing the order.
I always ask a price break down when I call in an order from anybody. I like to get a name of who I talked to also, so I know if a wrong part number is given or wrong part is sent. CF
has always had a 3% C/C charge as long as Ive dealt with them, 10 years +
Got 4 ak74 mags and pouch with a G3 cleaning kit from them a couple months ago, no problems and mags were mint condition.
Like me,Copes & Aim are in Ohio.I can save on the tax money sometimes if CFS or Wideners has it.
SOON
I have bought several ak-47 kits & others over the last 5 or 6 years and everything has always been as described. Sometimes a few small parts missing. The last milled ak-47 kit the upper hand guard wood was split in half and missing several cleaning rods and one slant brake, and one destroyed selector stop. As always if any problems one phone call to receptionist or Mangus & replacement parts received within three days. Perfect service. Their ad states the terms & conditions of the sale. Very happy with their service.
I always check out using a credit card, and then send an Email, including the order number, stating that I will be sending a check as payment. It saves a few bucks on the larger orders.
While it's perfectly legit having a "cash" price, the inability to choose any other payment method while checking out is questionable.
