A few months a go an order was placed in writing and verbal questions as a follow up verification to the original order ...

• The product was delivered about 5 weeks later .Cold steel said it would be 2 weeks
• The quantity and type of Items received were incorrect. Cold steel responded to this issue in 10 days and only after a few VM messages and then a few emails. They said "they were correct in quanty and type" ?? and did not would not respond to this issue by phone .
• The attempt to reorder correct items at my expense went ignored
• The quantity that was received was less than what was paid for and No credit has been received to date.

there would have been alot more future business with them if there customer support was better . They seemed to treat this issue as if they were being scamed ? I guess just chock it up as a loss an move on

I ordered a USMC Kabar,and a tomahawk from them.They came from two different warehouse's.Shipping was quick.Plus a couple of DVDs on there other products.

Sounds like you actually got your stuff really quick. Mine took 3 months!!!

ordered a ppsh41 trunnion from them a while back cuz they're the only ones who make them and it took forever

they do take time this is a christain company the owner is not theif, he just does not work at the same pace everyone else does, I sure many here don't work at my pace
at the same time business owners should produce their product in a timely manner

In a timely manner and not send back snotty emails when you send a friendly inquiry as to where your stuff is (after 2 months).

Some of their stuff is pretty cool, such as the Yugo heavy blanks.

I ordered from them once. I got a 80%1919 plate.. it was slightly bent and out of spec.. in some dim but I made it work.. I didn't feel like it was a quality product.. The machining was very rough, I can't remember about the shipping times.. but I will avoid doing any business with them in the future.. B2B

Understood, I think Railbuggy though was referring to the cutlrey people, at least I think he is, unless Solutions as added knives to their line .
