- The product was delivered about 5 weeks later .Cold steel said it would be 2 weeks
- The quantity and type of Items received were incorrect. Cold steel responded to this issue in 10 days and only after a few VM messages and then a few emails. They said "they were correct in quanty and type" ?? and did not would not respond to this issue by phone .
- The attempt to reorder correct items at my expense went ignored
- The quantity that was received was less than what was paid for and No credit has been received to date.
there would have been alot more future business with them if there customer support was better . They seemed to treat this issue as if they were being scamed ? I guess just chock it up as a loss an move on
