Thumbs up Damn you Will!!!!!!!(Red Jacket)

Just received a Bulgy Sidefolder build from Will at Redjacket. The rifle is perfect. Finish is really one of the best I've seen from any builder. Fit is perfect for all the extra holes needed. Shoots like a dream. In fact it's too damn good. My wife has taken posession of it and says it's now hers. I'd offered her an AMD65 that I built but she didn't like it. I offered her a Romy underfolder, but nooooooo.....she didn't like it. She took one look at this one and said 'let's go shooting". Now it's hers. Damn you Will!!!!! You could have scratched it up a little, you could have put the stock on crooked but nooooo you had to build it perfect. First thing she did was comshaw a plum furniture kit and my tula plum mag. Now what am I gonna do???? Thanks alot Buddy!!!!

Seriously though, great build. You have succeeded in getting my wife off my ass over my rifles and kits for ever, and thats saying something. Thanks.

She just has good taste. She didn't like the AMD65 blowtorch I built for her and the Romanian Under, she didn't like the stock. This one is perfect for her. Low recoil, Trigger pull is good. Light. And Small.
She gets anything she wants, she gave me two wonderful sons and put up with me for ever. It's nice to have somthing she wants.

Once again, Great build, Will, What finish did you use. It is perfect for an AK74...Thanks.

Remember when I said I wanted to try somthing different with the paint on yours ? Well , there you go . After sandblasting , I K-phos'd and put on a base coat of Duracoat , gave it 2 min's to flash and then gave it a good wet GunKote coating . Baked it in my easybake oven and served fresh with a smile . I've done that on a range rental gun , but your's is the only one I've done "out of house" . I was hoping you'd like it.

It's a really good finish. The selector just slides over the finish and dosen,t make a mark. Looking forward to those Gunkote blue puppies.
