Default DPH Arms

tough to get a hold of these people... got my flat bending jig, looks nice, but no instructions... tried to download but site link is no good... does anyone have that pdf file????

Check the library here on the site. DPH is a 1 man deal and he is always busy.

I really wanted specifics for the DPH jig... I know the general idea of bending the flats but figured I should read DPHs directions before trying #1

The DPH jig looks like this to me... base plus a 2 piece "pressing" piece... this pressing piece has bolts in the center of it... where do I place the flat? Do I pull that pressing piece apart and insert the flat between the 2 then lay it into the base?

As far as use goes dph's and stickerman's are virtually identical.
They are both based off of 555th's design.

Yes, the flat is sandwiched between the upper and lower halves of the pressing die.

Yup, I lube up both the flat and the inside of the jig.
I use white lithium grease, but you can use most anything.

Here is a link that shows Sniper69's write up on my jig. These pics are the basis of the PDF file instructions. The file was lost when I switched over to a new server but I have recovered it and my webmaster is in the process of putting back on the site.
