Question Duracoat electric colors

Anyone have any experience with the electric colors offered by Duracoat? I have done several paint jobs with the stock colors, but have had a few people ask about the electric colors. Are they as bright as they look on the website? The lime is about blinding when you look at it on the site. I know that the stock colors are very close to what they look like on the site, just wondering if the electric is the same.

Anyone have photos of finished guns in the electric colors that I can check out?

A couple guys here have built some AKs for they're wives:

I guess if my wife actually wanted one or would even take interest in one of those, I'd build one for her. I don't know if I'd take a picture of it though.....

Post1911 I have seen it all

A baby blue and pink AK-47, oh my freaking God! If my old lady wanted a pink and blue AK, and I was to build it, I had better see a Barrett 50 BMG sitting on the kitchen table with her holding the sales slip! LOL

I want to do a toxic green color with a black stock, looks like the lime would work, but not sure.

I think the green and black would look very good--post pics when you finish!

Postak

Not a problem Taz, I will post photos, not a problem at all. You can check my blog for updates and photos of all my projects if you are ever just out surfing the net. Putting the white paint on today, will have pictures posted soon. I will just post pics of the finished gun on the bord so I am not taking up space LOL!

Just do 3 or 4 basic jobs and you will find yourself thinking about opening up a shop like I did LOL. Duracoat is not that hard at all.

The Pink is the only part of my GF's gun that is duracoat - the blue is indoor house paint.

YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED at how many people stop at our table at the range to check it out. Makes the GF happy, which makes me happy. WIN-WIN
