Hector is a great guy he is very busy and I will admit hard to get a hold of but every time I call I get an answer and the girl is very kind and always helps if Hector is busy. I had a front sight replaced on my arsenal and it took about 10 min and looked great. I also had them cut my vz 58 barrel ext to an ak slant type and it turned out great. The vz 58 finish is some kind of black enamel and has chipped out in the mag well just by inserting mags so I was worried about elk river working on the slant cut and marking up the barrel were they clamped it to mill the ext but everything turned out great I'm very pleased with elk rivers work. I think he has some good guys working there now that he can trust. He has fired the guys that screwed him in the past and is doing good work now and from what I've read he has bent over backwards to help with any problems from the previous employees. Hector is a stand up guy and is not in the business to screw people. Sorry for the long post but I couldn't believe you guys were bashing on Hector so bad.

Over the past 2 yrs from ERT&D I bought a receiver, had my Krink built, & a finished Tantal from ERT&D stock. Nothing but kudos on my experiences. Keep up the good work Hector, and thank you.

Hector resolved our rifle problems and we are totally satisfied now. Thanks to him for finally getting this matter taken care of. I hope the new shop and the termination of some of the employees that were not up to snuff will make his operation better.

Hector appears to have been doing a good job at resolving the serious problems that arose over the past year. While my problems have not been fully resolved, I can't slight Hector and think his actions are the correct ones to deal with quality and personnel.
