Default FTF Industries?

What is their current ETA on shipping? I've ordered some trigger guards from them in the past and was pleased with shipping. Recently I ordered another one via gunbroker.com along with some SAW links over two weeks ago... any word on if they are on vacation, overseas, or just backordered? Starting to get worried about my money...

I've ordered from them in the past month. Can't remember how long it took to ship but I got it. They have a lot of neat gunbroker auctions. I wouldn't get too worried yet...

All that confirms what I thought - just taking longer than usual. Curiously, I just got a cryptic email from them saying "sorry for the lost package" and "the 2nd package will arrive tomorrow". Guess there was a shipping mix-up??? At least the stuff is arriving! Can't wait to get those links. I have an inspiration for those links

That's weird. Last year I ordered a trigger guard and it arrived within a week. I ordered another trigger guard a month ago and didn't get it right away so I e-mailed them. The response was that it should've been sent already and they would check and let me know. I didn't receive a response so I sent another e-mail and again no response. This afternoon I sent an e-mail stating that if no response by Monday I'd post negative feedback on Gunbroker and report it to Paypal. I immediately got a response:

If you have not received this item in the mail at this point there is a
problem, I checked with shipping and it was sent via USPS mail due to the
small size..In the interest of fairness we will reship another one via UPS
which is trackable and all we would ask is that if the mail package does
eventually show up that you simply "return to sender" it so that we
can
recover it.
Will reship the item via UPS tomorrow.
Sorry for the apparent transit loss
M Setzer

I guess I'll see if it gets here in a few days. $15 isn't like losing the family farm but it's the not responding thing that was pi$$ing me off.

Personally I think UPS is the sucking one here. Hear about their recent loss of bank data???

True about the responses - I went to the website & responded to their "customer service" email, got a response immediately.

UPDATE: FTF delivered as promised! Two thumbs up. Guess some shipping snafu caused the delay.

I got a UPS tracking # today as promised. If the original did get lost in the mail they are being really cool. The last time I ordered from them I was very happy. I'm sure I'll get it this time around.
