Has anyone who has purchased alot of stuff from k-var over the years noticed that the quailty of their products and customer service seems to be lacking these days? I've boughts parts and kits from them before that always looked factory new, and it just seems that now the things I've received are of far less quailty for the same price. Anyone else have that problem too?

no, i can't say that is true for me. i have bought some serious kits from them and everyone of them has looked like new. sometimes, you pay a little more for their stuff, but in my case, it has been worth it. what did you have a problem with? i would call and talk to them, because i think customer satisfaction does matter to this company.
