I bought a used Kimber 1911 a few years ago. While shooting at the range, the screw on the rear sight broke and the sight flew apart. I managed to find all the parts so I called Kimber to ask about purchasing a new screw. They told me to send the slide to them. I did, along with the other sight parts, and about five days later, I received my slide back with a brand new sight installed, NO CHARGE! Now that's customer service!
I thought this amazing- especially since I was not the original purchaser.
Kimber is awesome!
