Default MD Arms date, Saiga 20 round drum

Just received a up date from MDarms on the 20 round drum orded on the secound run for the saiga 12. Sounds like someone needs to get to work.
Three weeks behind, and 400 unanswered e-mails. Could be that all the poor quality drums has been sold, and they [MD Arms] are ready to complete the 1 & 2 runs. Sure hope so. I'm ready for my 20 round drum.

There's always delays with companies that make stuff like this, they can't really make a bunch up them advertise them because they might not sell, and they always get behind on production for some reason and never make the proposed delivery date.
At least they sent out the emails to let people know they're behind, some places just ignore the customer and lose sales because they piss people off.

I work in logistics and know EXACTLY how frustrating it is to rely on someone else for results. I can only imagine how Mike feels over there everytime he places a pre-order for these things.
Here's how I imagine the timeline:

Mike-I have a pre-order for 400 saiga 20 drums, what is the ETA
producer-Give me about 6 months and they shuold all be ready
    6 months later

Mike-hey, it's been 6.5 months, can I pick up the mags.
Producer-Uh, well we had a snafu and we'll need another 3 months to complete them

repeat this sequence ad nauseum. Since this is a specialty item, there is nowhere else to go. I say to those people that have them on preoder-RELAX. I've heard this all before and Mike has always come through.
Patience is the name of the game. I cannot, however, attest for the quality of these items.
