They are slow, but deliver what they promise at the price you ordered. They don't charge until the ship. Not great, but not a bad thing... they just aren't able to keep up with demand is all.

i have had pretty good experience with model 1 sales. but i haven't ordered a bunch of stuff--just a few things back at the middle of the obama panic.

got my bolts and stuff in about a month from date of order. not bad considering the situation at the time. their prices were very good back then but have since went up.

i wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

ive used them in the past and they were ok no problems
guess the obungo panic orders got to them

Customer service was fine, but I canceled my order for a 6.8 upper once I saw the unfavorable reviews of the product...
