Need a Polish Tantal barrel?

I just recieved a Polish Tantal barrel from Hi-Standard, these barrels are
chrome lined, in the white. Price was $139.50 + S&H. Ordered on Monday
Recieved on Thurs. Order at 1-800-272-7816

Sorry, eec4tuner no link available order by phone only. As to twist rate, i didn't ask. This barrel was not advertised as seperate item. I saw an advert for complete weapons and gave them a call, hoping that they would sell me a barrel.

I had been in contact with Green Mountain and they are going to have them late this month. Don't know about price or twist but they told me late November.

I got tired of waiting and bought a 5.56 East German barrel from Apex . A little time on the lathe and it is almost together.

My buddy called them today & found out that:
#1 They are chrome lined
#2 They are 1 in 200mm twist (1 in 8)
#3 They are threaded
#4 They do have the gas port hole drilled
#5 They are profiled for the tantal kit parts
#6 They are American manufacture
#7 The extractor cut is there
#8 The pin cutouts for compomemts are all cut

He went ahead & bought three to give them a try during the holidays building while off from work! Will report when they arrive!

The barrels i recieved have the extractor cut and the handguard retainer rails cut, they also have all the retaining pin slots cut. The gas port is drilled and the threads start about 1 inch from the muzzle,however i have found out that the unthreaded part of the barrel is too large to fit the grenade launcher/break.

Do you know what the bore spec is Russian or S&W? Looked at their site and was maybe wondering about the availability of AK 74 barrels? Called GM and they won't have any 74 barrels till I think March. Arms of America was supposed to get some at the end of Oct but dosen't know when they will arrive. Are there any chrome 74 Bulgy barrels around?
