I think it was a class action lawsuit brought against him by customers that have been screwed over.

I just saw a post from Bob (Akron/ORF) over on the AK files that ORF is fine, they are just moving to a bigger building.

I knew they were moving and it looks like a bunch of people jumped in and assumed they were closing. If anyone reads what Bob Or Todd posted at ARF it is clear they are moving and the FAC thing screwed them.
