Updated... Question about GlobalTrades service???
Hey Guys; (What's your experience with Globaltrades.com been like?)
Well, on the 15th of Feb, I sent off my money order for 3 M14 stocks to GlobalTrades.com... I previously called and emailed them to verify the shipping charge and was pleased with the service and had promptly placed my order...
So, skip ahead to now... March 8th... That's three weeks... And nothing in the mail, no tracking # via email to me or anything...
So... I emailed them two days ago, with a polite request as to what is going on... No reply, I re-emailed them today, no reply, I checked their website to see if there was a order phone # and there is not, just their email... (armoryusainfo@globaltrades .com)
Any of your experiences or advice is appreciated... I just find it is "funny" that I recieved good service up front and when they got my payment, things changed...

I always call them. I've never had a problem.
Beware of US made muzzle brake A-560, though. Mine was so wobbly the bullets hit the insides of it on the way out!

I ordered my receiver on October 28th. It is still not where it is supposed to be. I know they had some production issues and they said it would be a while.
In early January I called and they said the orders for that week would go out in 7 days or so.
Time goes by and no receiver, I call last week and they sort of hint around that my receiver was shipped to another individual and my CC was charged! 
They say it will be at my FFL today and in this day 3/8/06/ I have not heard from my FFL/builder as of yet today.
As much as I have heard of their product being good I highly doubt I will ever order from them again. |

All my dealings with Global Trade is face to face ? I like the fact I can drive several miles and get most all I need in the way of AK stuff.

Zane and Magnus... I just tried to call... They are closed today at 1:30!!!! Who closes at 1:30 on a wednesday??? Well... Global does...
I know I'm "complaining", I am sure things will work out seeing how all you guys have had good dealings with them...

Today is INTERNATIONAL LADY's DAY.
I'll bet the OWNER took the OFFICE OPERATIVES,..who are WOMEN, ...out to LUNCH!
I am sure the back room (receiver and rifle production) is humming away.
Justa guess.....

I just hope my recever does get to my builder today, so my almost 5 month saga can be over. 
And to think I didn't go on the board and use the "F" word 2769 times to explain how I feel about Global like someone did about another vendor 2 days ago. |
