I recent utilized one of chris's jigs for the rails and it took all the guess work out.

With the exception a a few small specialty AK tools, everything I have came from Curtis. Top shelf products. Sadly, I a very afraid the "good old days" of building AKs at home are about over.

Don't think so. It will never be the same as the $69 AMD days, but not over. Just over for the cheapsters. There are still plenty of kits available.
