Just a heads up on Andrei(ruseller). I have bought from him several times through gunbroker using the name "Rattler 71" . Even though it does take a while, he has always sent the items as promised.
Last year, I purchased 2 seperate furniture stocks from him for a total of $290.00. I waited a loonngg time and never received them. I finally emaied him and he seemed very surprised I had not received them. He promised to check into it. After waiting another length of time, I emailed again, again he promised to check into it. Finally, I asked if I could get my money back. He informed me he would refund my money. After some back and forth emails concerning paypal, he informed he couldn't refund through paypal, although he can certainly accept money. After several more emails he agreed to send the money via money order. He claimed he sent it via registered mail. I have still never seen the refund. He now refuses to answer any emails. I went in last week to post negative feed back and noticed three other have also posted negative feedback on hm for the same thing. In my 2 purchases, gunbroker will not allow me to post feedback because of the age of the auction. I tried going through paypal for a refund but it is beyond the 45 days.
Please beware when dealing with him, something has changed, as I have had good luck before. The problem arises, because it does take so long, if he doesn't follow through, the time period will have expired giving you no recourse. In the meantime, I still have not received the parts I bought and also no refund. The negative feedbacks seem to be piling up. It is a shame, the parts he sells are very nice, but never again, not worth it.
